Secure On-line Ordering
Orders placed from our website are completely secure. All online transactions are handled with industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted scrambled form, then decoded when it gets to us.

Shipping (warm weather)
Our standard shipping method is United Parcel Service UPS. (UPS) Ground delivery generally takes 2-5 business days. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that addresses given to us as shipping destination will be received by the customer. If package is left at the door, it will be the customers sole responsibility to ensure receipt. All chocolate orders will be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air.

Please note that UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes, Hospitals or AFO-FPO addresses.

We do not ship outside the 50 states at this time.


Please Note * Warm weather shipping of a candy bar order will be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air, unless specified for Next Day Air Saver delivery from April through October. Cold packs will be added to these shipments during this period. The shipper cannot guarantee a non-melted product unless it is shipped UPS 2nd Day or Overnite Delivery.

Between October and April, it will be the discretion of the company to use cold packs.

If the correct shipping method is not chosen, we reserve the right to modify your order to reflect the appropriate shipping. You will be notified via email of any changes made to your order.

You may request a proof of your order designed, prior to printing. Please include an additional $5.00 for this request and your fax number. Your order will not be printed until we receive the signed confirmation form.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is always of the utmost importance to us. However, please understand that personalized items, as well as edible and perishable items, cannot be accepted for return. Therefore, it is very important that all orders be reviewed carefully before submitting the order.

If we made a mistake on your personalized order, it will be re-printed at our expense.
If the error or omission was customer's responsibility, we will reprint the order reflecting a 25% discount.


Cancellations or Changes
All orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of date submitted in order to sustain no credit card charge. If the order has already been sent to production, we will cancel the order, BUT your credit card will be debited 50% of the total order charge.
